No information is collected on you the customer until
such stage as you register for the Right2Learn service.
On registration there is a combination of mandatory
and optional information that we request.
The County and Postcode enables us to ensure that all
assessments taken by any child you register are compared
within the correct regional database. Your communication
details (email and telephone) enable us to provide customer
support, such as to send the account information and
statistical reports to you upon completion of assessments
or respond to technical issues regarding service delivery.
All communication from Right2Learn to customers will
be by email or telephone only.
The school year of your child is required so that we
can ensure the correct assessment is allocated.
The optional information relates to the fun element
of the service. You may enter a child’s forename
and that of 3 friends if you wish. If so, this enables
Right2Learn to introduce the names of the children entered
as characters within the questions. This approach is
part of the Toad or Toast game strategy about to be
released, which is aimed at making the assessments more
interactive and fun for your child.
We do not require more specific address or personal
details to be able to deliver the service and will not
request these details from you at any stage. |
