What information we collect and why:

No information is collected on you the customer until such stage as you register for the Right2Learn service.

On registration there is a combination of mandatory and optional information that we request.

The County and Postcode enables us to ensure that all assessments taken by any child you register are compared within the correct regional database. Your communication details (email and telephone) enable us to provide customer support, such as to send the account information and statistical reports to you upon completion of assessments or respond to technical issues regarding service delivery.

All communication from Right2Learn to customers will be by email or telephone only.

The school year of your child is required so that we can ensure the correct assessment is allocated.

We do not require more specific address or personal details to be able to deliver the service and will not request these details from you at any stage.
